DEACON was saved from Brownwood Animal Shelter. Hard to believe he had been there over a month and his time was up - he was transported down to rescue and did great in the car, although he did want to be up front to see what was going on.

DEACON is a lively, happy, love-bug, he does jump a lot, but something that can be easily fixed with a normal routine and some one on one training, which he will need anyway.

DEACON is very affectionate, he is responsive and he gets on great with other dogs. At first he can be a bit "full on" but that is the puppy in him.

DEACON is around 9-12 months old, he is neutered, rabies, core vaccines, micro-chipped and tested NEGATIVE for heart-worm disease.

DEACON is available for adoption through Give a Dog a Home, German Shepherd Dog Rescue for an adoption donation of $350.

GaDaH does allow out of state adoptions, however, we do require the family to travel to San Antonio to meet up to be sure the personalities are a good fit before traveling home as a new family together.
