DORI was saved from Irving Animal Shelter before she was killed.
DORI is slightly timid initially but once she knows she is safe she is a complete love bug. She is very affectionate and sweet and responsive to commands and will pick up to being trained very quickly.
DORI has been to a few adoption events and did GREAT, she loved the children in the pen playing with her and the other dogs, and was not bothered about all the other rescue dogs around.
DORIS adoption donation is $300
GaDaH does allow out of state adoptions, however, the family must travel to San Antonio, to spend time with the dog to make sure personalities are a good match before traveling home together.
