JIMBO was saved from San Antonio Animal Care Services on 22nd March 2015.

JIMBO was very fearful when I picked him up, but after being amongst the other terriers that we have in rescue he soon started to relax. Over the next few days his confidence grew, although he is not a hugely confident pup, he is getting better and is venturing outside on his own a lot more and starting to play with the other pups.

JIMBO wants to be super affectionate and as with his confidence is getting better each day and I"m sure that by the time his perfect family find him he will be a happy confident pup, albeit will most likely always be wary of people at the initial meet up, but with love and affection he will soon warm up.

JIMBO will benefit from a family that is familiar with small breed dogs and who has the time to train and spend time with him to teach him and guide him in what is expected from him. He will benefit from basic and advanced training from the family so that he and the family can learn from each other in regards to personality, body language and temperaments.

JIMBO is neutered, rabies, core vaccines, de-wormed, he is too young for heart-worm treatment, but has been on prevention since being at the rescue. He is also micro-chipped. JIMBO has an estimated date of birth of 20 December 2014 and at the time of rescue weighed around 10 pounds.

JIMBO is available for adoption through Give a Dog a Home, German Shepherd Dog Rescue for an adoption fee of $300.
