MAYA was saved from San Antonio Animal Care Services, and brought to the GaDaH house.

MAYA is a young pure bred puppy, approximately 3 months old, who is very sweet and playful. As with most pups she gets on great with the other pups and dogs, and loves being in a pack environment, with lots of lessons being learnt.

MAYA is learning how to behave and act around other dogs of all ages and sizes, which is a necessary lesson of socialization that many dogs miss out on, this will ensure that she understands dog body language and what is and isn't acceptable as she grows up.

MAYA is vert intelligent and affectionate, she wants to be close by, is eager to please and will therefore be easy to train

MAYA , as all GSDs is going to be very intelligent, she will be easy to train, as she is willing and eager to please, however, the basic sit, down and stay will not be enough - GSDs have a great mind (think of all the jobs these dogs can do) and so she will not only need physical exercise, but mental exercise too. Games, hide and seek, puzzles anything where she has to use her mind, and if it involves lots of interatcion with humans and/or other dogs this would be perfect.

MAYAs adoption donation is $350, however, if she was adopted with another GaDaH dog/puppy, then a $50 discount will be applied. This will of course only happen if the family is sure they can afford the expense of two amazing dogs.
